TRON (TRX) has taken the path to even wider adoption, as the TRON network will be accessible through Samsung’s Keystore. TRON distributed apps will now be directly available through Samsung devices, announced Justin Sun, CEO of TRON.

Samsung’s move is one of the biggest boosts to crypto adoption, allowing direct access between mobile technology and blockchains. The TRON network, which only uses 26 Super Representatives as nodes, is relatively easy to access.

“This is a remarkable milestone for TRON, and I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to work with Samsung.” said Justin Sun. “We are totally in line with and will support Samsung’s vision and strategy on blockchain technology exploration.”

TRON is among the fastest-growing blockchains, with its distributed apps on the path to outcompete Ethereum (ETH). The TRON network currently carries a prevalence of gambling apps. The TRON network also carries more than 380 million Tether (USDT), potentially boosting the network activity.

The latest round of appreciation for altcoins lifted TRX to as high as $0.020. TRX is back among top 10 coins, with a 40% gain this week. TRX spent a long time with stagnant prices, but has started an encouraging recovery.

The TRX market price also benefited from the recent trading competition on Huobi, where the exchange attracted TRON-based USDT deposits. The stablecoin also has specific incentives for holding the USDT for short-term returns.

The price for TRX also rose after Chinese traders boosted their optimism, following the remarks of president Xi Jinping on using blockchain opportunities. Chinese traders boosted the price of a handful of assets with a strong presence in the region.

TRON was also near the top of the charts for the latest CCID ranking by the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The network is second only to EOS, which is also enjoying a boost from Chinese block producers, as well as users.
