Unibright Seeks to Make Blockchain Technology Universally Accessible
The Unibright project aims to create a framework that will allow integrating advanced blockchain technology into any business model.
Blockchain technology has been nothing short of a revelation, with 2017 seeing major strides being made thanks to the crypto boom. Now, companies and businesses around the world are taking note and considering leveraging the technology for its various advantages. However, implementing blockchain technology requires technical expertise and skilled developers, presenting a huge barrier to entry for small and medium enterprises.
Even businesses which are in a position to benefit from DLT, face several issues, including the time which goes into setting up features such as smart contracts, and the many bugs that can lead to major financial losses. Additionally, even with capital at hand, it is difficult to find professional blockchain developers capable enough to securely deploy the technology.
Does this mean companies without considerable capital and resources will remain unable to benefit from blockchain technology? The Unibright team doesn’t think so. The project offers the first unified framework which allows anyone running a business to integrate an advanced blockchain ecosystem into their existing business processes without requiring programming resources and expertise. Unibright aims to provide every company with practical tools which make DLT deployment a breeze.
The solution comprises the framework for blockchain-based business integration and a set of applications leveraging this framework. Notably, the system offers a variety of designed integration scenarios for real-world business, such as "Request for Quotation," "Invoice Releasing," "Shipping Process Monitoring", "Insurance Claim Processing" or "New Hire." These templates are visually designed and can be customized.
A client simply needs to choose a business workflow template, and then Unibright will automatically generate smart contracts for various blockchains, necessary smart adapters for cross-blockchain and cross-system connections, and smart query sets for monitoring the business process.
Unibright ICO details
The project aims to raise funds by offering the community its utility, UBT tokens, on the Ethereum blockchain. They will be used as the only payment option to register Unibright smart contracts and can then be exchanged for additional services. UBT will also power the marketplace for trading specific business templates or system smart adapters.
The total supply of tokens is limited to 150 million, with 100.5 million (67%) of them available for sale and distribution in the ICO. The exchange rate for 1 UBT is set at $0.14, and early adopters will get a bonus.
The ICO will run from April 10 through May 10, 2018, or until all tokens are sold (unsold tokens will be burned). Please note that UBT cannot be mined, and no additional tokens will be generated or issued after the sale.
